What a lot record can and cannot tell you

  • A record reflects testing performed on samples drawn from that batch, not on the individual vial in your hand.
  • Results are transcribed from the signed report. Where a report does not state a value, the row is left out rather than filled in.
  • Storage and handling after the material leaves the facility are outside the scope of any report. Read what each method does not detect.
