Shipping policy

Meridian Peptide Research ships from the United States to addresses within the United States. Orders are accepted from research institutions, laboratories and qualified professionals only.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after the cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays leave on the next business day.

Lyophilized material is shipped in sealed vials inside protective packaging. Where a lot requires temperature control during transit, insulated packing is used and noted on the packing list.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate at checkout and is not applied to orders above the threshold shown in the cart. The applicable amount is always displayed before payment.

Report a damaged, delayed or missing shipment through the contact page within five business days of the carrier's recorded delivery date so we can open a claim.
